Description
This talk focuses on practical strategies that make day-to-day bioinformatics work on Canadian HPC clusters easier, more efficient, and more reproducible. Rather than covering basic HPC usage, it highlights best practices for managing software environments, organizing large datasets, improving job submission and monitoring, and building scalable workflows. The goal is to reduce repetitive work, avoid common bottlenecks and failures, and help researchers make better use of available HPC resources.
